UTCC Leads JToP Program 3rd Cohort on Visits to Three Leading Industrial Factories, Exploring Business, Technology, and Future Collaboration Opportunities
21 November 2025, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) led participants of the JToP Program on an industrial field visit to major manufacturing facilities located in leading industrial estates. The visit aimed to broaden participants’ perspectives on industrial operations, advanced production technologies, and modern management systems, while also exploring potential avenues for future collaboration in job opportunities, internship placements, research partnerships, and emerging business opportunities. These insights are expected to strengthen UTCC’s network within the industrial sector and enhance students’ readiness for real-world career pathways.

The delegation was led by Dr. Sasirin Sayasonti, Vice President for International Relations at UTCC, accompanied by Ms. Parichart Thammajinda, Head of International Relations at UTCC, along with administrative staff throughout the program.

During the visit, the university delegation and participants of the JToP Program toured leading industrial facilities in the Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, including Vuteq Thai Co., Ltd., Siam Riken Industrial Co., Ltd., and NSK Bearings Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. All three companies are key players in Thailand’s automotive and advanced manufacturing sectors.

The executives from all three companies delivered a comprehensive briefing on their corporate history and strategic vision, highlighting advanced manufacturing technologies including plastic injection molding, automotive component assembly, high-precision mold fabrication, CNC systems, automation solutions, and international-standard quality control processes. The delegation was also given an in-depth tour of the technical center and engineering departments, where teams showcased product design workflows, prototype development, and rigorous durability testing procedures.

The visit also provided an opportunity for the UTCC delegation to gain a broader understanding of industry development trends and the future direction of manufacturing technologies. Through in-depth discussions with industry leaders, the team explored emerging skill requirements, advancements in automation, high-level engineering design practices, and the evolving demand for modern industrial talent. These insights will play a valuable role in guiding curriculum development and preparing students with the competencies needed to meet the rapidly changing demands of the future workforce.

Strengthening University–Industry Networks: A Significant Step Toward Future Collaboration
This industrial site visit marked an important milestone in strengthening the collaborative network between UTCC and leading companies in the manufacturing sector. The engagement opens doors to opportunities in:
